This project addresses rising polarization and the absence of Evangelicals from multi-faith engagement by expanding the Multi-Faith Neighbors Network (MFNN) Multi-Faith Retreat model to five additional cities. Through Vision Lunches and multi-day retreats, MFNN will bring together Evangelical pastors, imams, and rabbis to build relationships and co-create city action plans. Each plan includes shared meals, congregational mixers, joint service projects, advocacy for each other, and expansion efforts. MFNN will also launch Inspire Groups in each city to train female lay leaders and catalyze congregational involvement. Deliverables include five Vision Lunches, five retreats, five Inspire Groups, and five sets of downstream community activities, each documented through formal reporting. Pre- and post-retreat assessments and ongoing Zoom engagement will ensure accountability and track shifts in religious literacy, empathy, and collaborative behavior. The expected impact is a measurable reduction in religious tension, increased trust across theological lines, and empowered faith communities working together for the common good.
